FANTASIA ~ Benefit Mushroom Dinner
In Interlachen, our park was free but we must pay this year so we are hosting a Fantasia Mushroom Benefit Dinner at Ravine Garden's Roy G. Campbell Assembly Hall after the festival and before the bioluminescent GloWalk. This will be a exclusive mushroom dinner like no other. Local growers and Tradd Cotter (Mushroom Mountain, Easley, SC) will grow a host of intersting unusual tastey shrooms. Bryon Twerrmyn (Blue Water Bay Restaurant, Melrose, FL) Olga Cotter (Mushroom Mountain, Easlley, SC) will cater. They will discuss the growing and preparing of our Fantasia Dinner at dinner. We expect the dinner to sell out so act soon. Volunteeers needed.
Hosted from 6 til 8:00 at the Roy. E. Campbell Civic Center Auditorium in Ravine Gardens State Park after festival on January 12, 2019.
Tickets available ~ $125 before festival, $135 at the door.
